Solid One Piece Glass and Quartz Custom Flow Through Channel Fabrications
REFLEX Analytical is a precision fabricator of micro and macro flow through channels, chambers and custom designs made from Borosilicate Glass, UV Quartz and Near-Infrared Quartz materials. Each product is produced from either a solid rod, rectangular or square geometry. There are absolutely zero seams which contribute to strength and durability. The interior and exterior of each product offers high quality, ultra smooth polished surfaces.
The geometric shapes and profiles are machined, ground and polished to your specifications into one piece construction. Single or multiple precision bores, concentric or offset, with locating flats on the outside diameter can be incorporated. A micro-capillary polished bore size as small as 0.005” is available.
REFLEX Analytical ensures high optical transmission and low optical absorption with low variation and disturbance of the refractive index for each solid piece fabrication resulting in reproducibility and optical homogeneity. Our final products exhibit resistance to high intensity laser radiation which also applies to the UV spectral range (e.g. excimer laser) as well as the capability to perform at extreme application temperatures up to 1200 °C with a low thermal expansion coefficient resulting in high temperature shock resistance permitting rapid heating and cooling.
