REFLEX Analytical complements the line of manual hydraulic laboratory presses with a series assembled with square platens for applications requiring a larger work area. The standard 25 ton manual press 3853 includes a manually operated 0 - 25 ton hydraulic press with top and bottom 9” x 9” square platens providing a daylight opening from 0.75 – 16 inches, analog pressure gauge and safety shield. For applications requiring a wider work area, an alternative 25 ton manual press 3855 with top and bottom 12” x 12” square platens supports a daylight opening from 0.75 – 14 inches with analog pressure gauge and safety shield.
Optional digital pressure control and display is available. Accurate visual pressure readings are established with the optional digital gauge which contributes to reproducibility and greater productivity. The digital pressure gauge eliminates the guess work commonly associated with reading the pointer and small scale references on standard commercial pressure gauges. In addition, the digital pressure gauge features the ability to monitor the maximum pressure to prevent damage to dies and other application accessories with various maximum pressure ratings. The digital force values register in 10 pound or 100 increments with a suggested minimum operating pressure at 0.50 ton.
The 3853 press dimensions are 42"H x 19"W x 24"D. The ram stroke is 6.50” with 0.75 – 16" daylight between press platens. Weighs 350 lbs. The 3855 press dimensions are 42"H x 21"W x 28"D. The ram stroke is 6.50” with 1 – 14" daylight between press platens. Weighs 600 lbs. CE models are available.
