12 Ton Manual Presses with 6” x 6” Square Platens

REFLEX Analytical complements the line of manual hydraulic laboratory presses with a series assembled with square platens for applications requiring a larger work area. The standard 12 ton manual press 3850 includes a manually operated 0 - 12 ton hydraulic press with top and bottom 6” x 6” square platens providing a daylight opening from 0.75 – 7 inches, analog pressure gauge and safety shield. For applications requiring a taller work area, an alternative 12 ton manual press 3851 with top and bottom 6” x 6” square platens supports a daylight opening from 0.75 – 18 inches with analog pressure gauge and safety shield.
Optional digital pressure control and display is available. Accurate visual pressure readings are established with the optional digital gauge which contributes to reproducibility and greater productivity. The digital pressure gauge eliminates the guess work commonly associated with reading the pointer and small scale references on standard commercial pressure gauges. In addition, the digital pressure gauge features the ability to monitor the maximum pressure to prevent damage to dies and other application accessories with various maximum pressure ratings. The digital force values register in 10 pound or 100 increments with a suggested minimum operating pressure at 0.50 ton.
The 3850 press dimensions are 25"H x 12"W x 16"D. The ram stroke is 5.125” with 0.75 – 7" daylight between press platens. Weighs 125 lbs. The 3851 press dimensions are 39"H x 15"W x 16"D. The ram stroke is 5.125” with 0.75 – 18" daylight between press platens. Weighs 200 lbs. CE models are available.
