Sealed Liquid Cells
Product Description
The order details provide for a sealed liquid cell with an
FTIR circular aperture assembled to a specified standard
pathlength with KBr Potassium Bromide windows.
REFLEX Analytical offers Perkin-Elmer type cells with either a 14mm FTIR circular aperture (as pictured) or a 10 x 22mm Dispersive rectangular aperture. The stainless steel cell consists of a front plate with two welded luer fittings and teflon plugs, a back plate, front gasket, rear gasket and an amalgamated window assembly comprised of a drilled and undrilled window. The window size for both the FTIR and Dispersive cell is 38.5 x 19.5 x 4mm. The cell is assembled to a specified pathlength. Standard pathlengths are 0.015mm, 0.025mm, 0.05mm, 0.10mm, 0.20mm, 0.50mm and 1.0mm.
If required for quantification, cell calibration and matching is available as an optional service and should be indicated upon ordering. REFLEX Analytical also offers a sealed cell reconditioning service in an effort to recycle and preserve resources.
Sealed cell assemblies with other transmission materials including but not limited to NaCl Sodium Chloride, KBr Potassium Bromide, CaF2 Calcium Fluoride, BaF2 Barium Fluoride, KRS-5 Thallium Bromide Iodide and ZnSe Zinc Selenide remain as options and can be ordered separately.
