Payment: We accept MasterCard/Visa credit cards, bank checks or bank wire transfers. MasterCard/Visa purchases will include freight and insurance fees. MasterCard/Visa accounts are charged on the date the merchandise is ordered. If you wish to prepay by bank check or wire transfer, send us an email or fax with your shipping information and the items you wish to purchase. We will reply with a pro-forma invoice including freight and insurance fees which require prepayment, plus instructions on where to send or how to execute wire transfer.
Product Information and Pricing: If not offered on our web site, you may phone/fax or email us to receive product information, pricing, quotation or general information.
Order Information: Indicate quantity, part number, description, spectrophotometer make and model for accessories, purchase order number, shipping and billing address, contact name with phone/fax numbers and email address. Minimum order $50.
Shipping Information: Actual shipping time is contingent upon availability of merchandise and credit verification. In the event of delays, we will contact you by phone/fax or email. Unless otherwise stated, shipments occur FOB Ridgewood, NJ.
Freight: Fees are based on parcel weight, destination, shipment priority and insurance valuation. Unless otherwise stated, UPS GroundTrac is the default delivery service for parcels shipped in the Continental U.S.. For parcels shipped outside the Continental U.S., unless otherwise stated, Federal Express is the default delivery service. Shipments outside the Continental U.S. may be subject to import charges and taxes which remain the responsibility of the purchaser.
Tax: Sales tax will be imposed as required by law. Unless a New Jersey State Sales Tax Exemption Certificate is provided, orders shipped to a New Jersey address are subject to sales tax. At this time, sales tax will not apply to shipments outside the State of New Jersey.
Returns and Allowances: Restocking of items associated with purchase order error or cancellation are subject to a $25 or 25% restocking/cancellation charge whichever is greater plus return freight and insurance fees. Credit on account will be issued for items meeting quality return standards. Before returning any item, please call and obtain a Return Authorization number.
Warranty: Products are warranted to be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of ninety days or one year (depending on the product) from the date of delivery. In the event a defect is detected within the warranty period, REFLEX will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the product or provide credit, upon prompt notification and compliance with its instructions. In no event, shall the cost of the exclusive remedy exceed the purchase price.
