Fiber Optic Gas Cell
Product Description
REFLEX Analytical continues new product development with novel engineering concepts. Now available for remote gas analysis is their fiber optic gas cell series. Choose a cell body fabricated from either stainless steel or teflon.
The order details provide for a stainless steel 10cm demountable, 50ml volume capacity cell as pictured, with SMA fiber optic connectors, threaded 1/4" stainless steel Swagelok valves, black anodized threaded aluminum end caps, viton "o" rings and teflon gaskets. A slide mount accompanies the cell which features a locking mechanism to align and secure the cell.
Fused Silica or ZnSe condensing lenses, fiber optic cables and transmission windows are required to accommodate efficient beam delivery and respective operating wavelengths. Refer to the Fiber Optics section and preview the broad variety of fiber optic materials available. Also refer to the Fiber Optic Interface for linking an FTIR spectrometer to the Fiber Optic Gas Cell. Fiber optic attenuation curves can be provided upon inquiry.
