Demountable Liquid Cell
Product Description
The order details provide for a demountable liquid cell with
an FTIR circular aperture without transmission windows. The
Dispersive rectangular aperture demountable cell remains an
option and can be ordered separately. Request a catalog for

materials.
REFLEX Analytical offers Perkin-Elmer type demountable cells with either a 14mm FTIR circular aperture (as pictured) or a 10 x 22mm Dispersive rectangular aperture. The stainless steel cell consists of a front plate with two welded luer fittings and teflon plugs, a back plate, front gasket, rear gasket and teflon spacers ( 2 each 0.015mm, 0.025mm, 0.05mm, 0.1mm, 0.2mm and 1 each 0.5mm and 1.0mm) but without required 38.5 x 19.5 x 4mm windows.
Sandwich cells can be provided as an option for quick and easy installation. Also available are the drilled and undrilled windows. Each option can be ordered separately. The transmission materials available for sandwich cell and window assembly include but are not limited to NaCl Sodium Chloride, KBr Potassium Bromide, CaF2 Calcium Fluoride, BaF2 Barium Fluoride, KRS-5 Thallium Bromide Iodide and ZnSe Zinc Selenide.
