Auto-DiffusIR Spectroscopy

This accessory was developed in response to demanding diffuse reflectance applications. The automated software accompanying the accessory, incorporates multi-operator sample submission for up to 60 samples with single or multiple sample interrupt and background update. The system is extremely flexible and user interface intuitive. Multiple operators may independently log samples onto the system. The multi-subscriber operation is facilitated through the use of a segmented sample tray. The operator conveniently selects the sample positions which can be programmed independently, simultaneously or randomly. The software is integrated with the accessory and the instrument to control motion and data acquisition. The software smoothly operates in the Microsoft Windows environment and can be easily linked to FTIR instrument software packages. An impressive means to increase lab productivity. The package includes the programmable control unit and software, a 60 position sample mounting tray, 60 sample cups and sample preparation components.
